Rental Policies

Free pick up and delivery.

To drive
In St. Maarten/St. Martin, we drive on the right hand side of the road.

Driver’s License
Valid Driver’s License from any jurisdiction with picture.

Payment
All major credit cards accepted.

Conductors
Nobody else can drive the car unless he/she meets all regular rental requirements, and is listed on your rental agreement upon rental.

Car Return
Cars should be returned to the main office or an approved drop off location

Taxes
All rentals are subject to local sales tax.

Road Service
Renter should contact rental location in the event of an emergency, accident etc.

Fuel
Vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas, and should be returned full to avoid locally determined refueling charge.

Vehicles
Vehicles are not to be taken off island.

Reservation Time Limit
A car rental reservation is held for one hour past the indicated arrival time, but no later than closing time of the Rental Office.

Customers should call the rental office to change the time of arrival.

Rates do not include sales tax, gas, insurance, extra driver, nor baby seats.
